Manuscript requirements

Please prepare your manuscript before submission, using the following guidelines:

Format: Article files should be provided in Microsoft Word format. Manuscripts must be double spaced, with 1-inch margins with "Times New Roman, Font Size 12, black." PDF as a sole file type is not accepted.

Article Length: Articles should be between 6000 and 8000 words in length. This includes all text including references and appendices. Please allow 250 words for each figure or table.

Article Title: A title of not more than fourteen words should be provided.

Author details: All contributing authors’ full names, emails, and their affiliations should be added in a separate file to the submission, and their names arranged in the order of authorship for publication. For example, Author(s) name (first, middle and last names), and full addresses (institute's address along with designation and correspondence address) along with email address of the author(s).The author's name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript, as our peer-review process is blinded.

Abstract: Authors must supply a maximum of 250 words abstract in their submission that clearly states the purpose, design/methodology/approach, findings, and implication(s) of their articles. There should be a maximum of five keywords. Authors should avoid the use of personal pronouns within the abstract and body of the paper (e.g. "this paper investigates..." is correct, "I investigate..." is incorrect).

Headings: Headings must be concise, with a clear indication of the distinction between the hierarchy of headings. The preferred format is for first level headings to be presented in bold format and subsequent sub-headings to be presented in medium italics.

Notes/Endnotes: Notes or Endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, enclosed in square brackets and listed at the end of the article.

Tables and Figures: Tables should be numbered consecutively. The title of the table should be placed above the table. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at the bottom. Please provide table(s) as real table(s) with rows, columns and cells. Each piece of information should reside in its own cell. Figures should be numbered consecutively. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at the bottom. The figures should also be given relevant titles. All tables, charts, graphs, diagrams should be black and not in colour. The images should be of high resolution and in black and white only. Number and complexity of such exhibits should be as low as possible. All charts and graphs should be drawn legibly and figures should be indicated in millions and billions where applicable.

References: References to other publications must be in line with the journal specification and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency. This is very important in an electronic environment because it enables your readers to exploit the Reference Linking facility on the database and link back to the works you have cited. You should cite publications in the text: (Adams, 2006) using the first named author's name or (Adams & Brown, 2006) citing the names of two to five authors at first, and subsequently (Adams et al., 2006). When the authors are more than five, use the name of the first author followed by et al. (Adams et al., 2006). At the end of the paper, a reference list in alphabetical order should be supplied. All the references should be cited in the body of the text.
