UJH is a peer-review journal established in 2013 to provide a platform for the publication of well-researched articles that will contribute to scholarship and national development in the arts, business administration, education law and social sciences.
The 1962 Act of Parliament that established the University of Lagos mandates the university to ‘encourage, promote and conduct research in all fields of learning and humanities’. In furtherance of this, UJH was established as a biennial journal to publish high-quality papers in the Humanities. Members of the Editorial Advisory Board are renowned scholars selected from different parts of the world.
UJH is published with the fund from the Tertiary Trust Fund [TETFund] in Nigeria.
